Our Take
Prior to this press release, I hadn't heard of Sam Houston Bourbon. However, I'm always excited to see new entrants into the market. I reached out to Sam Houston to see if Ohio is on their roadmap, and they do have plans for Ohio but a release date is still TBD due to the restrictions and procedures of the Ohio Division of Liquor Control. This looks like a brand we will be keeping an eye on in the future.
