In what is one of my favorite yearly articles to post, Woodford Reserve has announced their commemorative bourbon bottle for the 147th running of the Kentucky Derby.
Like previous years, Woodford Reserve is the presenting sponsor of the Kentucky Derby and this bottle represents the 22nd collectible rendition for Woodfood.
This years bottle, again features the work of Louisville artist Richard Sullivan, a former minor league player in the Atlanta Braves system and features a watercolor image of thoroughbreds as they thunder down the stretch. It was designed as a complement to last year’s Derby bottle artwork.
This bottle has traditionally been available in Ohio and carried a $41.99 + tax price in 2020... I'm expecting similar this year.
